As the founder and CEO of Looped Solutions, I have had the privilege of working closely with victim service agencies and advocates to develop safer ways to connect with survivors. Through countless conversations, I have seen firsthand the immense challenges they face when trying to support victims in a world where technology is both a tool for empowerment and a weapon of control.
