Looped Solutions and Vela by Element 74, a leading victim services data management company, announced the completion of an integration initiative.
This collaboration will serve to improve access to services for support providers, victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
To meet the need for communication capabilities without compromising safety, Vela and Looped Solutions partnered to integrate Looped Fusion Purple, a safe, discreet client engagement and communication platform, directly into the Vela system.
Through the integration, advocates can manage case data and securely connect with survivors from a single, centralized platform, improving efficiency, safeguarding confidentiality and expanding access to critical support, a news release states.

This alliance marks a significant step forward in streamlining services for both advocates and survivors in need.”
Both the Looped Fusion Purple solution and Vela’s data collection and reporting software were developed through collaboration with coalitions and frontline advocates from domestic violence agencies.
