As agencies increasingly requested texting capabilities within the Vela platform, Vela recognized that traditional messaging could put survivors at risk, given that a majority of victims' technology is monitored by their abuser. To meet the need for communication capabilities without compromising safety, Vela and Looped Solutions partnered to integrate Looped Fusion Purple™—a safe, discreet client engagement and communication platform—directly into the Vela system. Through this integration, advocates can now manage case data and securely connect with survivors from a single, centralized platform, improving efficiency, safeguarding confidentiality, and expanding access to critical support.
