Alissa earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was awarded the Patsy Alberti Endowed Scholarship,a Master’s in Health and Human Services from Youngstown State University, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State.
